WEATHER EFFECTS Severe weather may delay processing. Natural disasters, severe thunderstorms, lightning, freezing temperatures, heat over 90 degrees and unusual extreme weather will halt all outdoor processing. Delays will be determined upon condition of outdoor facility.

RETURNS / REFUND
Refunds will not be issued for any order cancelled within the 30 business day processing time. All returns must be pre-approved.
All pre-approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Deposits for project cars are non-refundable. Vehicle will be returned to stock in 30 days if not picked up or arrangements made.
NO returns on altered items.

PICK UP POLICY: *Payment must be made in full at least 10 days prior to pickup to reserve and process parts. Your parts will be prepared and ready for loading at designated pickup time. Please call to schedule pick up appointment.
Allow up to 30-60 business days for shipping of larger parts after payment is received. Parts are custom packaged to ensure safe arrival. Sheetmetal may need an extra 2 to 3 weeks or more for custom crating based on number of crates in line for processing.
*Business Days refers to Monday - Friday only and excludes weekends and holidays.
Shipping time is dependant upon number of orders received and size of part. Most sheet metal parts will need to be custom crated. Fenders, Hoods and Trunk lids may need an extra 2-3 weeks. Crates are hand designed to ensure parts will not be damaged while in transit.
Crating materials fee:
Our crates are hand crafted to endure rough handling, drops, forklifts and any other potential mishap that can occur during transport. A $50.00 to $70.00 crating materials fee is charged according to size. We ship via UPS www.ups.com, Fed Ex www.fedex.com and road freight with UPS Freight http://ltl.upsfreight.com
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, BRAZIL AND NETHERLANDS
Please note length of package limits to your country. Side trim moldings, rear glass and smaller crated items subject to higher shipping rates with United States Postal Service, UPS, FED EX and DHL.
Large Parts:
Oversized parts will have to be crated and shipped via UPS Freight.
Crates can be picked up at your local transport depot or shipped to a commercial or business address to avoid the additional $55.00 residential delivery charge.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING:
We will ship to all U.S. addresses that are pickup points for sea and air freight to overseas locations.
INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT SHIPPED FROM OUR LOCATION:
Large sheet-metal orders can be directly shipped to overseas addresses only if customer provides and pays for the pickup of parts from our dock by shipping company. Overseas Customer pays $75.00 for crate material, and must provide and pay for transport/shipper. Customer is responsible for customs and other pickup fees at destination port. Email us for details regarding international freight.
